Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Shipping is a flat rate based on how much you spend and is the same no matter where you live.  For orders under $25, shipping is a flat rate of $3.95.  For orders between $25 and $50, shipping is a flat rate of $5.95.  Orders over $50 are shipped free of charge!  Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Click on the Customer Service/Account History link. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
